Michele Stone is an entrepreneur specializing in transformative growth strategies. As the former Chief Growth Officer at Coastal Federal Credit Union, she was instrumental in developing strategies and driving initiatives that advanced members' economic participation, attracted new members, and increased both internal and external Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Michele and her team leveraged novel data and advanced quantitative methods to deliver on these growth strategies. In 1993, she founded her consulting firm, SEEZ, partnering with credit union leaders who are committed to growth and share her fundamental belief: you must be able to "see tomorrow to seize today."
Prior to founding SEEZ, Michele led the Diversified Revenue division at a FOX affiliate, demonstrating her versatility across industries. Outside of her professional pursuits, Michele enjoys spending time at the lake with her husband, Chris, and their twin girls.
Rebrand and Strategy
Working with the Seez team on our rebrand was a fantastic experience. They helped us identify who we truly are as an organization and an employer to ensure that our personality and core competencies would be represented in our new brand while still honoring our past. Our cross-functional team felt invested and committed to developing our next stage, and while not fully executed at this point, Seez helped us create the roadmap to bring the new brand to market. If I had to do this again, I would use Seez and their process. They really helped us bring our almost 90 years of history to life in a way that would appeal to the masses.

We collaborated with SEEZ on persona research for our marketplace, which ultimately led to the development of effective new member growth and branding strategies.
